Order Entry Clerk

As a member of our Order Entry team, you work at the heart of our division. Through your competent and friendly manner, you are the first point of contact for our customers and our field service for all customer-related matters.

This is initially a one-year assignment, with employment through an external payroll partner.

 Your area of responsibility includes the following areas:

• Written and telephone customer support (DE/FR possibly IT)
• Order entry and processing (SAP)
• Processing returns and credit note creation
• Master data maintenance (SAP, MDG)
• Internal interface to other departments and field service
• Follow-up of deliveries –

You have a reliable, independent, and customer-oriented working style and bring the following requirements:

• Completed commercial training
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with order processing systems (SAP)
• Very good language skills in German, French, and English
• Strong team and customer orientation
• Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle them with high quality
• Strong written and oral communication skills
