Your playing field, our construction site! Ready to take over project management, from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement, for the "Construction and Technical Services" department in the civil engineering sector and turn it into a story of progress? Your tasks

• Project management: Planning and implementation of civil engineering projects (roads, water, wastewater, hydraulic engineering, waste disposal).
• Planning & strategy: Developing concepts, cost estimates and schedules as well as monitoring deadlines, costs and quality.
• Coordination: Organisation, quality assurance, compliance with safety regulations and coordination with internal and external partners.
• Communication & representation: Exchange with authorities, experts and citizens as well as safeguarding the interests of the municipality.
• Energy, sustainability & documentation: You drive forward the municipality's energy and sustainability goals, coordinate the Energy City label and ensure clear project documentation, always with a view to innovative and environmentally friendly solutions.

Your profile

• You have a completed technical construction education and a higher technical construction qualification such as civil engineer, construction manager, site manager or similar
• Experience and/or passion for project management: Ideally, you bring experience in civil engineering and are willing to continue your education
• You think quickly, work independently, are reliable and resilient
• You are able to negotiate with a smile, make decisions and work in a team
