Nursing Specialist HF/FH 50% - 100%

Your area of responsibility:
• Ensuring individual care and support for our residents – active, attentive and participative
• Taking on key nursing responsibilities and managing the nursing process
• Conducting advisory discussions
• Performing RAI LCTF in a supervisor role
• Working interdisciplinarily in the treatment team: doctors, psychologist, therapists, PBL

Your profile
• Completed training as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Experience in geriatric long-term care is an advantage
• Empathy, appreciation and genuine team spirit
• Assertiveness and communication skills
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, resilience and a sense of humour that makes everyday work easier
