What tasks await you?

• Project management of new build and refurbishment of substations from the idea to commissioning.
• Independent planning and realisation of projects in the network area.
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs, quality, and deliverables.
• Leadership and organisation of interdisciplinary project teams.
• Development of creative concepts, preparation of offers, project calculation, and successful implementation of customer orders.
• Design of systems, preparation of specifications, and procurement according to procurement law together with purchasing.
• Central contact person for clients, operators, specialist planners, authorities, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Conducting negotiations, co-designing contracts, and assuming safety responsibility according to ESTI.
• After thorough familiarisation, taking on the role as the central contact person for matters concerning the assigned substations in operation.

What do we expect from you?

• Basic electrical engineering training with further education (engineer HTL/FH/HF, master craftsman, project manager, or safety expert) in the field of energy technology, electrical planning, or installation/safety.
• Experience in planning, designing, and realising energy systems, ideally with project management or a clear motivation to train for this role.
• Structured, analytical working style, teamwork, and assertiveness.
• Very good German, ideally French skills.
• Driving licence category B as well as good MS Office skills.
• Advantageous: IPMA certification and SAP knowledge.
