Here is what you will do
- Project development and planning as well as technical implementation of our diverse new construction and renovation projects
- Building submissions, approval procedures, and tenders
- Project management across all planning phases, coordination and supervision of construction sites
- Execution and detailed planning, schedule, cost, and quality control
- Deputizing for the head of planning department
These are your skills and strengths
- Preferably a basic education in construction and a completed degree as an architect, construction manager, or similar training
- Several years of experience in project execution
- A precise and committed working style
- A team-oriented, responsible, and motivated personality
