About the job
To support our sales team, we are looking for a committed, humorous and motivated individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
For our sales branch, we are seeking a host or hostess who enjoys working with people and providing customers with an experience. With your positive charisma, you represent our foundation at the forefront and stand in for the branch management during their absence. You passionately sell our baked goods and confectionery specialties, achieve exemplary customer loyalty, and carry out all related tasks in the branch. You support, accompany and promote our employees in a protected environment as well as our trainees and are willing to assist in other branches in case of staff shortages.
What you bring:
- Completed training in retail or gastronomy at EFZ level or equivalent experience in the food industry
- Initial leadership experience desired
- First experience in work pedagogy advantageous
- Economic thinking and acting in the interest of the foundation
- High social competence, empathy and professional ability to set boundaries
- You identify with the values of the St. Jakob Foundation and live them daily
- Flawless German language skills, spoken and written
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance with sales and organisational talent
- Convincing and committed personality
- A passionate team spirit, customer orientation and resilience
- Willingness to work flexibly, partly also at weekends
- Impeccable reputation
