To strengthen and further develop our services in the area of facility services, caretaking, and technical property management, we are looking for an experienced and communicative personality with knowledge of the real estate industry.

In this versatile role, you combine your experience from the real estate world with your enjoyment of consulting, customer contact, and building long-term business relationships.

Your tasks

• Support and development of existing and new customer contacts
• Building relationships with property management companies, owners, and other contacts in the real estate industry
• Telephone and personal contact
• Recognising customer needs and potential for support
• Consulting on facility services, caretaking, and property management
• Arranging and preparing customer meetings and property viewings
• Accompanying interesting customer contacts from the initial meeting to the concrete enquiry
• Consistent maintenance and follow-up of customer contacts
• Collaboration with management and our specialist team

For technical questions, you will be supported by our experts. Your task is not to plan technical solutions yourself, but to understand the customer's needs and bring the right contacts together.

Your profile

Ideally, you have professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

Property management, real estate administration, facility management, building services, caretaking, or property supervision.

You know the processes and challenges involved in property management and can empathise well with the situation of administrations and owners.

• Enjoyment of customer contact and customer development
• Sales talent and a good sense of people
• Confident and likeable appearance
• Enjoyment of telephone calls as well as personal customer meetings
• Ability to listen well and recognise needsIndependent and structured working style
• Reliability and persistence
• Good oral and written German skills
• Interest in properties and their technical maintenance
• An existing network in the real estate industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
