Tasks
* Administration of rentals, ancillary cost accounting as well as order and invoice processing in SAP
* Planning, coordination and monitoring of periodic maintenance measures, repairs and renovations
* Assessment of building damage, management of external contractor services as well as inspections and handovers
* Support in budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning as well as preparation of cost estimates
* Ensuring data quality in SAP and close coordination with property management, finance and asset management
Profile
* Completed technical or commercial basic training with further education in real estate management, Facility Management HF or as a construction manager; a degree (BSc/MAS Facility Management or Real Estate) is an advantage.
* Professional experience in real estate management, property management or technical maintenance/construction coordination with confident handling of commercial processes
* Technical understanding of construction and operation combined with business management thinking and cost awareness
* Structured, independent and reliable working style with a high service orientation
* Team-oriented personality with strong communication and coordination skills
