- Completed vocational training and further education in sales, trade or business administration
- Professional experience in the insurance industry and passed intermediary exam (VBV) advantageous
- Affinity for financial and pension products
- Rooted in the region with own network mandatory
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer and service orientation
- High independence and flexibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
