As a recruitment consultant, you are the interface between companies and talented professionals. You build relationships, recognise potential and bring people together with the right companies.
Your tasks:
- You mediate temporary and/or permanent positions to qualified professionals in the construction and construction-related trades.
- You build your own client and candidate base and develop existing relationships further.
- You actively approach companies and talents and use modern recruiting methods to find the right matches.
- You conduct interviews, accompany the entire selection process and create professional candidate dossiers.
- You advise clients and candidates personally and competently.
- You take responsibility for your placements and ensure first-class client and candidate service.
- You keep your goals in sight and can directly shape your success.
? What you bring with you
You do not have to have worked for years as a recruitment consultant. Much more important are your personality, your drive and your joy in dealing with people.
You fit with us if you:
- have completed an apprenticeship in the technical or commercial field,
- are open, communicative and sociable,
- like to approach people and are not afraid to pick up the phone,
- bring initiative, commitment and assertiveness,
- enjoy working independently and taking responsibility,
- have German as your mother tongue - additional languages are a plus,
- have a pronounced service mentality,
- are eager to develop further and be successful together with a strong team.
