Group Accountant 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss trading and industrial company focusing on global raw material and supply chain solutions. With many years of experience, a strong international network and high market expertise, the company serves customers and partners worldwide. Quality, reliability and sustainable business relationships are at the heart of everything.
Role:
As Group Accountant, you are responsible for the consolidated accounting of various companies. You work closely with the local finance teams and ensure accurate and timely preparation of the group financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- Consolidation of the financial statements of our subsidiaries
- Execution of intercompany reconciliations and postings
- Analysis and reporting of the financial performance to management
- You actively communicate with the CFO and the team and coordinate the year-end audit with the auditing firm
Qualifications:
- Professional certificate as an accountant or fiduciary. Alternatively: business administration training, ideally with a specialisation in financial accounting or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in accounting including confident closing.
- You have in-depth knowledge of SAP
- Very good analytical skills and a careful working style.
- You have very good German and English skills
