ZurichYour Tasks
- You take over the operational, financial and personnel overall responsibility for all processes of the production kitchen and the associated external locations.
- You ensure demand-oriented, economical and timely production and resource planning.
- You guarantee the training and integration mandate as well as the promotion of participants and, in cooperation with the responsible specialist departments, ensure the fullest possible utilisation of participant places.
- You continuously review and develop production processes, quality standards and operational offers.
- You coordinate cooperation with the catering businesses as well as production orders and delivery services and ensure reporting to the catering management and compliance with internal guidelines.
- You actively shape the strategic and operational further development of the production kitchen and develop efficient production methods, standardised processes and cross-location cooperation.
- You create diverse work and learning opportunities through a professionally managed production operation – from low-threshold, recurring tasks to qualified tasks with increasing personal responsibility.
Your Profile
- Qualification at EFZ level
- Advanced professional training as a federally certified chef, certified hotelier-caterer or degree (FH/Bachelor) in gastronomy, hospitality management or similar.
- Sound knowledge of operational processes as well as experience in developing and implementing operational and educational concepts
- Several years of practical experience in operational and organisational matters as well as leadership experience with teams of different functions

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 100,000 and 125,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
