In this versatile role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our processing plant together with your team, coordinate daily workflows, and actively contribute to the development of processes, quality, and safety. Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary leadership of the production team as well as deployment and resource planning
- Ensuring a trouble-free, efficient, and safe operation of the processing plant as well as responsibility for achieving production targets and high plant availability
- Monitoring and optimisation of production processes including ensuring and further developing quality standards
- Recording, evaluating, and reporting relevant operational and production data as well as planning and coordinating maintenance and servicing work in cooperation with the workshop
- Operating and monitoring the processing plant as needed
- Responsibility for managing the input and output warehouse
- Promoting safe working practices, compliance with requirements in the areas of quality, safety, and environment, as well as identifying and implementing improvements for continuous optimisation of workflows and processes
Your profile
- Completed technical or craft training, ideally related to production, process, or processing technology
- Several years of professional experience in an industrial or technical environment as well as initial leadership experience or the motivation to take responsibility for a team
- Good organisational skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Forklift licence mandatory
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as confident use of common PC applications
- High initiative, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility combined with a team-oriented personality and strong communication skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts as required by operational needs
