Your main tasks are

• Conducting various activation offers, e.g. memory training, exercise group and theme groups
• Implementation of an attractive, individual daily routine in the residential areas
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all departments involved in care and support
• Participation in the planning and implementation of events
• Management of care documentation
• Supervision of a student

You have

• Training in activation (HF)
• Enjoyment in dealing with and working with elderly people
• Organisational skills and high flexibility
• Ability to work interdisciplinarily
• Good written and spoken German skills
• IT skills (Office)
