Our client is an innovative Swiss SME active in the sanitary sector, distinguished by its presence in the DACH markets as well as France. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed individual as Head of Sanitary Department.

Head of Sanitary Department (m/f/d)

• Assuming overall responsibility for the sanitary department
• Support and development of the DACH and French markets
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects
• Support and advice for existing customers
• Assistance in acquiring new projects
• Development of technical solution proposals and calculations
• Collaboration with sales, project management, design, and production
• Ensuring efficient organisation of the department
• Leadership, promotion, and development of employees

• Completed training as a certified sanitary installer or sanitary planner
• Further training as chief foreman, project manager, or technical business administrator is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the sanitary sector required
• Initial leadership experience or proven suitability for it
• Good German and French skills, spoken and written
• Entrepreneurial thinking and structured working method
• Confident manner with customers and business partners
• Technical understanding for calculations and solution proposals
