Your Tasks

• Prefer something a bit more complex? You independently handle demanding benefit cases in the hospital sector - from cost approval through tariff verification to billing
• Enjoy detective work? You make specific verbal and written tariff and medical clarifications with hospitals and doctors, in collaboration with our trusted physician
• Customer care is close to your heart? You are the competent contact person for our insured persons, service providers and authorities for complex enquiries
• You think along, contribute ideas and are an active part of the team

Your Profile

• You are already familiar with benefit processing in health insurance
• You have completed basic training in the medical or commercial field and preferably supplemented it with further education
• You describe yourself as a flexible, independent, resilient and courageous personality who enjoys working in a team and making a difference
• You put our customers at the centre and offer them excellent service
• If you also have good spoken French and/or Italian skills, then it is high time for you to apply
