To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH for the Psychiatry Department (60-100%)
Your diverse tasks
- You work in direct psychiatric nursing and create the care plan
- You carry out needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument
(Costs for InterRAI training are covered by RegioSpitex Limmattal) - You are responsible for planning and implementing the nursing process for your clients (case management)
- You support our clients and their relatives in crisis situations, during the reintegration process and in coping with everyday life
- You advise, accompany and empower employees who are deployed in psychiatric nursing
- You promote interdisciplinary collaboration with external agencies and coordinate the corresponding services for your clients
Your competencies
- Certified Nurse HF or equivalent qualification
- You must have professional experience as a nursing specialist in psychiatry
- You are an open-minded and flexible person who enjoys engaging with people
- You bring good communication skills and confident handling of mobile nursing documentation (smartphone)
- You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly
- You actively participate in the development of nursing
