Controller 60 - 70%The State Archive of the Canton of Zurich (www.staatsarchiv.zh.ch) is the central archive of the Canton of Zurich and its historical legal predecessors with its archival holdings spanning 1150 years. It preserves original documents of the Cantonal Council, the government, the cantonal central and district administrations as well as the cantonal courts, notaries, and independent public-law institutions and makes them accessible to the public.
The Cross-Sectional Tasks area includes the specialist fields of finance, infrastructure, and human resources. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a Controller 60 - 70% starting November 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

- Preparation of the consolidated development and financial plan as well as the annual report Responsibility for budget and project controlling as well as active participation in the design and further development of office controlling

Your profile
- A completed degree in business administration or a commercial training with further education in finance and accounting Several years of professional experience in controlling/accounting – ideally in public administration
