For this, we need a personality who thinks before drawing, and draws before building.

What you do

• You develop production documents for internal and external manufacturing
• You calculate costs and check feasibility early in the process
• You obtain information from suppliers and independently evaluate alternatives
• You are responsible for deadlines, costs and quality during the development phase
• You work closely with creation and production, with direct insight into both

What you bring

• Basic craft training (wood, metal or related) plus experience in production planning and control
• Strong spatial imagination and technical understanding
• Good CAD skills, preferably Vectorworks
• Enjoyment of CNC machines and detailed solutions
• Experience in costing and tendering
• A sense of aesthetics. Even when you are in the workshop.
• Initiative. You don’t wait for instructions, you bring solutions.
