Responsible for Building Maintenance 80-100% Fixed-term
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the buildings and surroundings and have a "hands-on" mentality
- You support the building services with all technical, electrical and sanitary work
- You assist with the smooth organisation of moves and apartment inspections
- You ensure alarm organisation and safety throughout the building at all times
- Obtaining quotes as well as checking, coordinating and supervising orders to third-party companies
- Organisation and implementation of training and exercises for employees in the areas of occupational safety and fire protection
- You are responsible for the training of an apprentice
- Efficient, professional organisation of processes in building maintenance
- Guidance and supervision of the employees in the area
- Managing personnel deployment planning and time recording for the building maintenance area
- On-call duties within the region
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a craft / Building Maintenance Specialist / Caretaker
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a similar position
- Willingness to be on call
- Good sensitivity for elderly people
- Reliable and precise way of working
- Diplomacy, discretion
- Good oral and written German skills
