About the job
Our goods provision is responsible for order picking, internal transport and goods outgoing. For goods outgoing, we are looking for a reliable and committed personality as Head of Goods Outgoing. In this role, you report directly to the Head of Goods Provision and belong to the lower management. You work weekly alternating in two shifts (early: 06:00 – 15:00 and late: 16:00 – 01:00).Head of Goods Outgoing w/m/d

- Organisational, professional and personnel management of one team leader and ten employees
- Active assistance in operational daily business
- Ensuring flawless and timely goods provision of customer orders while complying with all safety regulations

- Monitoring performance targets, work quality, order and cleanliness
- Participation in projects

- Completed vocational training, preferably as a logistics specialist EFZ
- Higher professional education (FA, diploma) in logistics is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics as well as leadership experience
- High self- and social competence, team player, resilient and flexible as well as assertive and decisive personality
- Good German skills as well as very good MS Office skills

About us
LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI stores throughout Switzerland. It controls assortment planning, brand positioning and sales promotion, coordinates new and renovations and trains the employees of the LANDI stores. At the same time, it takes over the entire logistics, from procurement through storage to order picking.
