Task
You can contribute this- Conduct administrative market surveillance procedures; support in drafting orders; participate in preparing tenders and contract documents
- Develop solutions in the field of tension between legal, technical, economic and political issues related to the implementation of construction product classes
- Participation as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops on legal issues and committees with stakeholders from business and administration
- Contribute to the designation of legal acts, technical standards and bodies for conformity assessment as well as drafting statements within the framework of office consultations and co-reporting procedures
- Support in all legal and administrative questions in the dossier for the revision of construction product legislation
Requirements
What makes you unique- Law degree (MLaw) and interest in public law issues (especially administrative, foreign trade, European law)
- Professional experience in a technical industry is an advantage, sensitivity to economic policy issues
- Able to identify and solve problems; focus on the essentials
- Independent and team-oriented
- Very good oral/written communication
- Good knowledge of two official languages and English
