The SONNHALDE in Grüningen (ZH) is a care and support center with 300 beds. Spread over 14 wards – including care, support, and two protected areas – we accompany people with physical and psychological impairments in a home with individual, appreciative care.

What you bring:
- Experience in resident administration/reception in healthcare
- High independence, performance capability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Friendly manners, patient and communicative
- Very good German skills in spoken and written mandatory
- Good PC user skills mandatory
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
- Flexibility for holiday cover / higher workload
Your tasks:
- General reception duties, welcoming visitors, providing information
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Correspondence, various administrative tasks: such as creating home contracts, obtaining cost approvals, etc.
- Distribution of daily mail
- Maintaining resident master data
- Cash management responsibility
- Much contact with our residents, no fear of contact should be present (somatic and psychiatric conditions)

Monday is a fixed working day. 30% is fixed (1.5 days) plus 10% for 5 weeks holiday cover.
