Activation Specialist (m/f) 40%
Your tasks
- You plan, coordinate and conduct various weekly and annual activity programmes in collaboration with the head of nursing
- You conduct individual and group activities
- You document the provided activation services in Care Coach
- You lead the weekly exercise sessions with all interested parties
- You help shape daily life, the activation programme as well as sociocultural events and conduct the activities
Your profile
- Further training as an activation and daily life design specialist
- Professional experience in long-term care and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Very good oral and written German skills, MS Office knowledge is an advantage
- Resilience, flexibility, independence and creativity are natural to you
- You are an organisational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
