General Information
For our dental clinic Adent in Rotkreuz we are looking for a
Clinic Manager 100% M/F
Buonaserstrasse 7, 6343 Rotkreuz Permanent employment contract
TASKS
Independent execution of high-quality dental treatments.
Professional and personal leadership of the dental team.
Support, coaching and promotion of dentists in their professional development.
Ensuring high-quality patient care while adhering to our quality standards.
Close collaboration with clinic management for the continuous development of the clinic.
Participation in the recruitment, induction and integration of new dentists.
Promotion of a positive team culture as well as open and appreciative collaboration.
Analysis and optimisation of clinical processes and implementation of improvement measures.
Responsibility for achieving the qualitative and economic goals of the clinic.
PROFILE
Completed dental studies with Swiss recognition (MEBEKO).
Valid professional practice licence or the requirements to obtain one.
Several years of professional experience as a dentist.
Initial leadership experience is an advantage; motivated individuals with leadership potential are also welcome.
High social competence and enjoyment in leading and developing employees.
Entrepreneurial thinking and sense of responsibility.
Strong communication skills and team orientation.
Very good knowledge of German; additional languages are an advantage.
