Your area of responsibility
- In your role as Construction Manager, you take on the central hub function and point of contact at the heart of the construction site.
- You coordinate and lead all contractors involved in construction and operation and supervise suppliers and specialists.
- You are responsible for creating and adhering to the schedule, ensuring a professional and high-quality execution, as well as cost planning and monitoring.
- From the start of construction to handover, you also act as the central contact person for clients, planners and authorities.
Your skills and talents
- We are looking for YOU, a cheerful, likeable and positive new team member
- You have a qualification as a certified Construction Manager in Building Construction, certified Technician in Building Construction or an equivalent education
- You can draw on several years of experience as a construction or project manager, preferably in industrial or building construction in Switzerland
- You are proficient and confident in industry-standard IT programmes (Messerli BAUAD, MS Office, and MS Project)
- Your experience in construction cost planning, calculation, scheduling, contract management, tenders (quotations) helps you to manage your projects confidently also administratively
