As Lead Psychotherapist at Medgate, you will take on the development and professional responsibility for the entire psychotherapeutic area. What we can offer you
- Participation in the development of the entire psychotherapeutic consultation at Medgate, including the creation of guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Development and professional leadership of the team of psychotherapists, including ensuring professional quality and further development of the treatment offerings
- Further development of our AI-supported tools for doctors and therapists as well as the introduction of new digital treatment approaches such as blended therapy
- Psychotherapeutic diagnostics, indication setting, and care of patients insured in Switzerland via video (billing through health insurance) with varying frequency and duration
- Referral to a suitable provider for any further treatment as well as documentation in the company’s patient management system
- Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team (including general practitioners)
Your profile
- Completed university degree in psychology and federal specialist title as a recognised psychotherapist; authorisation for independent professional practice (BAB) in Switzerland; at least 3 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in Switzerland
- Several years of solid clinical experience in psychotherapy as well as experience in building and leading teams; experience in child and adolescent psychotherapy is an advantage
- Very good German skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage (especially French)
- Strong affinity for AI applications and digital health solutions and their use in treatment and support of doctors/therapists
- Motivation to newly develop the psychotherapeutic area in telemedicine and interest in new approaches to patient treatment
- Communicative, service-oriented, and entrepreneurial personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration, high flexibility, and resilience
