You are responsible for

• the marketing of real estate such as multi-family houses, single-family houses, condominiums, building land: preparing sales documents, sales talks and negotiations, viewings, purchase contract registrations.
• the administrative processing of the four Schmid real estate companies: maintaining share registers, shareholder letters, invitations to general meetings, share issues and redemptions, dividend statements, tax certificates.
• the management of the smag website, creating corporate documents/presentations compliant with CI/CD, as well as the administration of creditors and debtors.
• order, cleanliness/waste disposal, office supplies, key management, archiving and plant care.

You are co-responsible for

• the sale of all real estate mandates.
• operating the telephone switchboard, incoming and outgoing mail, customer reception including guest hospitality.

You convince with

• several years of professional experience, preferably in real estate or banking.
• passion for people and sales.
• experience in real estate sales.
• knowledge of the regional residential real estate market.
