At the Centre for Acute Psychiatric Disorders, we treat people exhibiting the most severe psychiatric conditions, often accompanied by acute self- or external danger. We are the psychiatric emergency department, intensive and acute care. We assess admission situations, treat acute crises, and stabilise them so that patients can transition or return to outpatient follow-up care, a therapy ward, or a social psychiatric facility. The focus is on individual, recovery-oriented, holistic treatment and care.
For our nursing team on our acute wards, we are looking for a

Your Tasks
- Ensuring and further developing nursing quality in close cooperation with ward management and the Competence Centre for Professional Development
- Implementing recovery-oriented nursing and co-designing treatment and group offerings, such as psychoeducation and mindfulness groups
- Fulfilling the care mandate according to best practice standards
- Designing, evaluating, and establishing evidence-based therapeutic group offerings within the ward's nursing concept
- Leading and implementing specialist projects to further develop nursing practice
- Role model in the nursing process with key worker duties as well as mentoring in assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process
Your Profile
- Completed, recognised professional training in nursing FH/BSC (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- High professional, social, and personal competence as well as high resilience and flexibility
- Strong motivation to engage in a demanding work environment and take responsibility
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills as well as innovative and solution-oriented working methods
