Certified Nurse as Specialist, Adolescent Therapy Ward

Your Tasks
- Professional development of nursing and ensuring quality standards
- Responsibility for knowledge transfer and implementation of inpatient treatment focuses
- Professional advice on nursing issues and support of staff
- Assumption of nursing case management and key nurse role
- Leadership and participation in specialised projects and nursing groups
- Introduction of new employees as well as information, advice, and training of patients and relatives
Your Profile
- Diploma in Nursing HF or completed vocational training in nursing FH/BSc (recognition certificate for foreign diplomas)
- Solid professional experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally in child and adolescent psychiatry
- Experience in project work and professional support of staff
- Enjoyment in shaping processes and strong communication and advisory skills
- Responsible, independent, and team-oriented working style
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends (no night shifts)
