• Contract analyses to identify risks and hazards in contracts, both in sales, tenders, and purchasing
• Commenting (clause by clause) on contracts
• Supporting sales and purchasing in contract negotiations
• Creating and maintaining processes in the Service division on contract topics and risk management for sales & execution phase
• Drafting standard contracts, guidelines, and templates
• Supporting country organizations on contractual matters

• Technical or business degree (FH/ETH/University) with legal further education, e.g. in business law, or law degree with practical experience in project or service business (vehicle or plant construction)
• Experience in the service sector as project manager, contract or claim manager
• Experience in risk or contract analyses
• Sound judgment, independence, and goal orientation
• German as native language and very good English skills are a must
