Your main tasks: The personnel and professional responsibility of the carpentry department, compliance with the high quality standards, enforcement of work instructions as well as safety regulations. Planning and implementation of projects, optimisation of processes and their further development. Planning, control and deadline monitoring of ongoing production. Conducting problem analyses as well as handling customer complaints including finding solutions. Targeted knowledge promotion of the entire department with the aim of ensuring internal know-how. Supporting and training employees as well as close cooperation with internal interfaces and other departments. Your professional and social skills: A completed training as a carpenter combined with several years of professional experience is essential. Ideally complemented by further training as a federally certified master carpenter or certified technician HF business processes.
