For an internationally active industrial company in the Basel area, we are looking for an experienced and team-oriented personality for the assembly, commissioning and construction of technically demanding machines and systems as part of a succession plan.
In this versatile position, you will work on exciting projects and accompany machines and systems from pre-assembly to successful commissioning and acceptance.

Job Description
- Mechanical pre-assembly of assemblies and components
- Assembly and final assembly of technically demanding machines and systems
- Carrying out repairs, adjustments and optimisations on machines and assemblies
- Installation work in the areas of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical engineering
- Construction, commissioning and functional testing of customer-specific systems
- Carrying out machine acceptance after completion
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and project management
- Creation, maintenance and updating of assembly instructions as well as technical documentation

We expect
- Completed technical basic training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, machine mechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or comparable
- Several years of experience in the assembly of machines or systems
- Experience in mechanical engineering or special machine construction is an advantage
- Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Technical understanding of complex assemblies and systems
- Independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working
- Teamwork skills as well as strong communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and common Microsoft Office applications
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- English or Italian language skills are an advantage
