A varied role with tangible added value awaits you.
In the medical secretariat, you are part of a motivated team of six. You can expect a varied working day with a lot of personal responsibility, team spirit, and a meaningful activity.
You ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background: With your structured and reliable way of working, you make sure that internal and external concerns are handled efficiently and with high quality. In this way, you support our doctors and psychologists in fully concentrating on our patients.
The position is suitable for people with a commercial basic education who have also completed or are undergoing additional training as a medical secretary. Very good German language skills are required for the position; knowledge of French is an advantage.
You enjoy working with a lot of telephone and written personal contact and understand how to communicate empathetically and professionally with people from different areas and in various life situations. Do you have an eye for optimisation and like to develop and implement new ideas? Then you might enjoy working in our team. If you like to work precisely and already have sound knowledge of reporting in the healthcare sector (word processing, text formatting, dictations, types of reports), then we look forward to receiving your application.
As an SME of considerable size, the working days and tasks are very varied and offer a wide range of activities for outpatient, day clinic, and inpatient processes. The contact among employees is personal, respectful, and familial, and our decision-making paths are short. We operate with flexible working time models and use technologies wherever possible to support our flexibility and create freedom. We rely on personal responsibility and the skills of our employees and promote these in their further development. Our corporate culture and leadership principles are an integral part of our daily work and thus provide a suitable framework for working on an equal footing. A sustainable and environmentally conscious working environment is important to us.
