In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our product and marketing documentation meets the highest quality and compliance standards. Associate Documentation Manager 100%
Your area of responsibility
- You support the management of global product and marketing documentation throughout the entire document lifecycle.
- You maintain document management systems, databases, and document repositories, ensuring the completeness, traceability, and currency of the documentation.
- You review and revise documents regarding comprehensibility, consistency, language, layout, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate design guidelines.
- You work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely documentation.
- You support the creation and maintenance of order information, product catalogues, and the communication of documentation-relevant changes.
- You coordinate the management of printed documentation, including print orders and stock levels.
- You actively contribute to the digitalisation and continuous optimisation of documentation processes, systems, and workflows.
- You make an important contribution to compliance with internal quality standards as well as regulatory requirements and ensure efficient documentation management.
Your qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial training with further education in marketing, communication, technical documentation, or a comparable field.
- Two to five years of professional experience in medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, or a comparable regulated environment.
- Experience in technical documentation, document management, or regulatory documentation processes.
- Strong quality awareness as well as a structured, precise, and reliable working style.
- Experience with document management systems and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Adobe Acrobat/InDesign as well as TYPO3 or PLM systems is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking skills as well as an independent, solution-oriented, and well-organised working method.
- Team-oriented personality with strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in an international environment.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
