Who are we?

Administratively attached to the Justice Department, the Mediation Commission for civil, criminal and juvenile criminal matters exercises general supervision over persons subject to the ordinance on mediation in civil, criminal and juvenile criminal matters, i.e. sworn mediators who conduct mediation within the framework of judicial proceedings.

Your missions

• Handle cases delegated in mediation by the juvenile criminal court

Desired profile

• Holder of the FSM mediator title, possibly with family specialisation
• Experience with young people (children, adolescents), knowledge of criminal justice, particularly juvenile justice
• Fluency in French
