Shift Supervisor Transformer Manufacturing 100%
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the technical and personnel management of the production department during the respective shift
- Ensuring occupational safety as well as compliance with quality standards and production deadlines
- Support and continuous improvement of existing work instructions and processes
- Receipt, verification and forwarding of fault and error reports during ongoing operations
- Organisation and implementation of training for employees
- Planning of personnel deployment including the creation of shift schedules
- Completed training as an electromechanic, polymechanic, automation fitter or automation technician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as an industrial foreman or process technician is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a leadership role
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, at least level C1
- Precise, clean and efficient working method
- Flexible and conscientious team player
- Structured approach and independent action
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
