Technical Supporter Solar

As a Technical Supporter Solar, you support our customers and branches with questions about photovoltaics, battery storage, energy management and e-mobility. What to expect

• You are the technical contact person for customers regarding questions about photovoltaic systems, battery storage, energy management and e-mobility (by phone, email or remote access).
• You support the installation and commissioning of energy systems such as PV systems, storage, EMS and e-mobility with your technical know-how.
• You analyse and resolve technical faults on hardware and software levels (PV, storage, controls, charging infrastructure) and identify potential errors early by evaluating system data.
• In collaboration with external partners and service providers, you assist in resolving complex system faults.
• You optimise self-consumption and system performance and ensure efficient interaction between PV system, storage and charging infrastructure.
• Supporting the integration and networking of energy components in modern building energy systems is also part of your responsibilities.
• You document customer enquiries and technical solutions in our support system, share your knowledge in training sessions and help to further develop our support processes and system solutions.

What you bring

• You have completed a technical training, e.g. as an electrician, assembly electrician or in a comparable profession.
• Sound knowledge in photovoltaics, especially in dealing with inverters and system setup, is essential.
• Ideally, you have experience in technical support or customer service in the field of renewable energies.
• Knowledge of energy management systems, battery storage or charging infrastructure/e-mobility is an advantage.
• You understand networked systems and technical contexts within modern building energy systems, work independently and in a structured way, and enjoy finding solutions to technical challenges.
• You communicate clearly, act customer-oriented and enjoy working in a team. Flexibility and enthusiasm for learning new technologies complete your profile.
