Your Impact with Us
The core of your job is the comprehensive support of our customers in the event of a claim. You assist them from the first claim notification to successful completion and ensure a smooth process throughout the entire claims handling.
In doing so, you work closely with your team and all parties involved to find suitable solutions. With your service orientation and empathy, you provide our customers with security even in challenging situations.
Additionally, you conduct on-site claim inspections. This allows you to assess situations directly, accompany our customers personally, and develop individual solutions.
Your Profile
- Ideally several years of experience in claims handling (mainly property, liability, and motor vehicle claims)
- Enjoyment in contact and supporting our customers in challenging situations
- High motivation to learn new things in a varied field of activity and to take on responsibility
- Proactive and independent working style
- Responsible, empathetic, and open personality
- Confident use of Office products and digital affinity
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage.
