The privately run senior centre in the heart of the city of Winterthur offers around 150 residents a living and life space where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Wiesengrund Senior Centre is a recognised and popular healthcare facility.

Health and Social Care Assistant for our Night Shift (m/f/d) 70% - 100%

Your tasks

• Individual, needs-based and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents 
• Active, resident-centred assistance in key worker nursing
• Participation in the nursing process of the residents according to your competencies

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health and Social Care Assistant or completed further training as an SRK nursing assistant or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and service readiness
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Good oral and written German skills as well as IT knowledge 
• Independent, committed working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Quick comprehension, flexibility and resilience
