About the job

ZAG Engineering has been active in the trade of industrial steam systems, steam technology, and heating for almost 30 years.

We are looking to support our young team, immediately or by arrangement, for a

Service Technician (100%) If you are between 25 and 45 years old, you fit perfectly into our team.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance of steam systems and troubleshooting, by phone and on site
• Commissioning and customer instruction on new systems
• Electrical and control technology optimisation of systems at the customer’s site, if necessary in close cooperation with our specialists
• Advising customers on optimising steam systems
• Replacing and checking condensate traps, valves, pumps, and steam fittings
• The area of operation is all of Switzerland. Driving licence category B required

Your profile:

• A completed apprenticeship as an electrician, plumber, plant and apparatus builder EFZ, plant mechanic, technical customer service or a comparable qualification.
• Enthusiasm for mechanical and plant engineering as well as pronounced manual skills.
• A structured, systematic way of working; you keep an overview even in complex situations.
• A quick grasp and creative solutions; you think along and want to learn. We support you with internal training and further education directly with the manufacturers.
• Initiative, team spirit, and good spatial imagination.
