• You professionally and personally lead employees and ensure the care processes of your department
• You lead by example and motivate your team to achieve top performance
• Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organise the daily care
• You recognise emergency situations and manage them
• You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives and care team

• A qualification as a Dipl. Registered Nurse
• Experience in long-term care or in the Spitex sector as well as in dealing with people with dementia
• You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
• You think economically and have good RAI knowledge
