Main activities
– Ensure quality physical or telephone reception for our clientele
– Manage appointments, customer requests, and complaints
– Maintain social networks
– Perform various secretarial tasks: sorting mail, handling emails, etc.
– Support the sales team with the administrative management of the used vehicle fleet
– Collaborate with after-sales advisors for the processing of repair orders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Skills
– Demonstrate flexibility, availability, and strong motivation
– Be dynamic while showing good stress resistance
– Excellent presentation with a developed sense of hospitality
– English desired, another language is an asset
– Several years of experience in the automotive field desired, oriented towards after-sales service and customer service
