For an established Spitex organisation, we are looking for a committed and experienced leader as Head of Spitex Department 80-100%. Take on responsibility, lead with foresight, and actively shape the further development of the department.

Your area of responsibility:

• Strategic, operational and professional leadership of a department with around 30 employees
• Responsibility for staffing plan and personnel deployment planning
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care
• Budget responsibility and economical use of resources
• Implementation and further development of concepts and processes
• Management of improvement and digitalisation projects
• Close cooperation with internal and external partners

Your profile:

• Qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent
• Leadership experience, ideally in the Spitex sector
• Further training in leadership/business administration is an advantage
• Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial personality
• Strong communication skills, assertive and appreciative in leadership
