- Experience or training in retail, preferably in grocery sales.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly, with good German skills.

- Ensuring a concept-faithful and appealing product presentation
- Ensuring assortment orders and product availability
- Proper handling of fresh products (fruit, vegetables, etc.)
- Operating the cash register

- Completed training or professional experience in sales or a similar environment (preferably food retail)
- Willingness for flexible working hours (Mon-Sat between 05:30 - 19:00)
- Independent and reliable working style
- Good knowledge of German
