Teamleader Drive Systems Mechanical (m/f)
Your tasks
- Development of new, innovative drive systems as well as further development and optimisation of existing drives
- Leadership and professional supervision of the development team (personnel and technical responsibility), ensuring the functional, schedule, and cost targets of the projects within the team
- Independent execution of product development including necessary clarifications with internal departments, suppliers, and certification bodies
- Preparation of feasibility studies, construction-related calculations, risk assessments, and tolerance analyses
- Setup, supervision, and evaluation of tests to ensure functional quality, analysis of technical functional defects, and development of solutions
- Creation and maintenance of the design data set in CAD and ERP (3D models, drawings, parts lists) as well as provision of technical product documentation for customers
Your qualifications
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering FH or ETH with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Several years of leadership and project management experience in development projects
- Design experience and very good 3D CAD skills (preferably NX)
- ERP knowledge (preferably SAP, material master, parts lists, changes, notifications)
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Assertive and decisive, dynamic, analytical and proactive working style with a coaching mentality
- Open, honest, reliable, and loyal with team spirit and open to others' ideas
