Are you ready for the next step in your real estate career? For our office in Aarau, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, service-oriented individual who wants to develop further with us.

Your tasks

• You manage a smaller real estate portfolio in the Solothurn/Bern region
• You ensure the ongoing maintenance of the properties
• You take over lease contract management and look after our tenants
• You organise and conduct property viewings, inspections and handovers
• You prepare lease contracts, addenda and handle the associated administration
• You are the central contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, craftsmen and caretakers
• You implement lease contract and rent changes
• You take on various administrative tasks in day-to-day business

What you bring

• Federal diploma in property management or you are undergoing the corresponding training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Proficient use of MS Office and ideally experience with REM or GARAIO REM
• Good English and French skills
• A customer-oriented working style and clear, binding communication
• A confident, professional demeanour – even when things get hectic
• Digital affinity and openness to change
• Residence in the Solothurn/Bern region
