What you can achieve
- Planning/management of demanding projects in the field of settlement drainage, e.g. development of industrial and construction areas, road construction, sewer construction and rehabilitation, pipeline construction, stormwater overflow basins, pumping stations and rainwater management
- You communicate transparently and actively network with various stakeholders
- Building and maintaining customer contacts and project acquisition in the region
- Technical and organisational leadership of project teams
- Content-related, scheduling and economic project responsibility
- Ensuring technical and professional quality
- Furthermore, you are a competent and professional contact for our customers
- As a business unit manager, you are part of the management team and work with great energy and ideas on the strategic direction of the department and the entire company
Your skills are
- A university or technical college degree in water and settlement management with a specialisation in civil engineering or a completed degree in a related field
- Relevant professional experience as well as proven successes in previous roles
- Sound knowledge of VOB and HOAI as well as advanced IT (specialist) skills
- Interest and experience in acquiring new customers
- Experience in leading and successfully managing project teams
- An active promotion and development of employees, supporting their personal responsibility as well as creating scope for action through trust and communication on an equal footing characterise your working style
- Maintaining an open and goal-oriented approach with customers and colleagues
- A structured and careful working method, confident appearance as well as high commitment and quality responsibility complete your profile
