A growing technical division is seeking reinforcement in project business. Here you will lead demanding customer orders, stay close to technology and production, and take responsibility from day one.

Our client is an established industrial company in the electrical engineering sector with its own production in Switzerland. Due to the further expansion of a technically demanding business area, an additional project manager is sought. The projects are in the environment of industry, hospitals, data centres, military facilities, and other demanding infrastructures. In this role, you take on customer orders from technical clarification through coordination to successful implementation. You work closely with sales, design, production, and assembly, ensuring that quality, deadlines, costs, and customer requirements are seamlessly integrated.

Your new role

• Project management of customer orders in the field of electrical system solutions, from technical clarification to successful implementation
• Review of work contracts, preparation of on-site measurements, and preparation of the basis for design
• Calculation of quotations, support of sales, as well as participation in awarding and negotiations with customers and partners
• Management of small to large projects with responsibility for deadlines, quality, cost control, and clean project execution
• Coordination with design, production in Switzerland, assembly, and subcontractors as well as ensuring binding communication

What distinguishes you

• Basic electrical training, ideally as an electrician or in a comparable profession
• Further training as an electrical project manager for installation and safety with a federal certificate of competence or comparable qualification in the electrical engineering environment
• Experience in project execution, ideally in the environment of electrical installation, industry, building technology, or technical infrastructure
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented personality with pleasure in going the extra mile for customers
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to reconcile different interests cleanly
