At Oberburg School, 350 children and young people are taught in 17 classes: 3 kindergarten classes, 9 primary classes as well as five classes of secondary level 1. We run three parallel classes with two year groups each: 1st/2nd grade; 3rd/4th grade, 5th/6th grade, 7th/8th grade. The 9th grades are single-year classes. Oberburg School is an innovative school where traditions are maintained and new ideas are always welcome. Good cooperation forms the basis for teaching and learning at Oberburg School. For example, the 8th grades are godparents to the 1st grade and the 9th grade provides teaching and break assistants. Joint events accompany us throughout the school year, such as the school year start, the meeting afternoon, the sports morning and the theme day.
